Lennox Mini-Split systems use advanced inverter technology that keeps cooled or heated air flowing without the typical stops and starts associated with conventional systems. The digital inverter acts as the brains of the system, sending signals to the compressor motor to step up or decrease speed based on changes in temperature outside and inside rooms. As speed is adjusted, a magnetic field controls the motor’s rotation, assuring perfectly smooth operation at all times. This exceptionally high precision offers greater energy efficiency and minimal temperature swings.
